149 Hayes is a new GMP/ biomanufacturing
building in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
It is currently under construction. Upon completion, it will offer a modern life sciences production facility, designed specifically to meet the needs of scaling biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
The site has a super location – it’s extremely easy to get to Boston and Cambridge, and other parts of the MetroWest; great amenities are nearby, including food, dining, shopping and childcare; and it’s surrounded by greenery and multiple nature preserves.
Marlborough has become an area of choice for GMP work. A number of life sciences manufacturing parties have recently relocated to the area.
149 Hayes is being developed through a joint venture partnership of Gutierrez and Oxford Properties and will be owned and operated by Oxford. Completion is scheduled for December 2022.
