Cambridge Science Park is a 152-acre campus located at the northern edge of the City of Cambridge in the UK Golden Triangle, providing approximately 1.9 million SF of office, lab and R&D space to 130 occupiers spanning life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology and engineering.

Within the park, 310 Cambridge Science Park delivers 58,000 SF comprised of fully fitted laboratory and ancillary office space stacked across two floors, including a 3,000 SF basement to house specialist equipment.
