NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Awards of Excellence - Industrial Lease
The Damco cross-dock facility at Queensborough Logistics Park was awarded NAIOP's Industrial lease of the year for it's creativity, timeliness, quality and overall execution. The lease provided Damco with a high quality, purpose-built building addressing the tenant's need for an efficient, well located facility within the GVA.
