About
Located at the nucleus of the Life Sciences industry in Seattle, Washington. Boren Labs is surrounded by the greatest concentration of Life Sciences occupiers in the region.
Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the most popular residential neighourhoods: South Lake Union, Belltown, Seattle's Central Business District and Capitol Hill, Boren Labs keeps company with world-class innovators. To name a few; University of Washington Research, Seattle Children’s Research Institute, headquarters of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Allen Institute for Bioscience, and tech giants; Amazon, Google, Apple and Meta (formerly Facebook).
Boren Labs offers a rare opportunity to convert the entire building to a fully dedicated Life Sciences lab building. State-of-the-art technology already built into the building, makes Boren Labs an ideal entrant for the Seattle marketplace. The lobby includes security turnstiles to limit access to tenant’s employees or registered guests. The main lobby security station also monitors hypersensitive thermal scanning cameras that can ascertain the temperature of persons clearing the security turnstiles, to deny access to individuals running fevers.
Onsite retailers are envisioned to include a branded coffee shop and convenient grab & go breakfast/lunch restaurants. The building has card key accessed bike lockers on level 1 and shower rooms on Level A of the garage for biking commuters. The building is equipped with “Wave Technology” that enables occupants of the building to access all common spaces (garage lobbies, bike lockers, rest rooms and main lobby) without touching door hardware. Automatically-similar to the elevators, which are equipped with an “App” based call system than can reside on occupants’ smart phones, eliminating the need to touch elevator buttons. Building HVAC systems allow for 100% outdoor air circulation. Finally, office, mechanical and elevator return air include ultraviolet light filtration to neutralize pathogens from the building’s air supply.
